I’m a-comin’

I’m a-comin’
          you know.
I’m gonna make it
          into that great unknown.
I’m running towards it
          kicking and screaming
The whole damm way
          cussing and laughing
Until I break
          through that open window
You can’t hold me in
          I’m a-comin’
There’re days I don’t want to
          but I’m a-comin’
And whether the sun shines down
          or rain beats ground
               I’m a-comin’
